About the Role – Bartender
As a Bartender at 6th Sense Palm Dubai, you will be responsible for creating high-quality beverages while delivering a lively, engaging guest experience. You are not just preparing drinks—you are setting the tone of the guest’s night.

Key Responsibilities
Beverage Crafting & Presentation
- Prepare a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and specialty drinks
- Follow standardized recipes while adding creativity where appropriate
- Ensure presentation meets premium lounge/bar standards
- Maintain consistency in taste, balance, and quality
Guest Experience
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and confident manner
- Recommend drinks based on guest preferences
- Create a welcoming and energetic bar atmosphere
- Handle guest feedback professionally and positively
Bar Operations & Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
- Ensure all glassware, tools, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized
- Follow food safety and beverage handling standards
- Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels
Speed & Efficiency
- Handle high-volume service during peak hours without compromising quality
- Work closely with barbacks and service staff for smooth operations
- Manage multiple orders simultaneously with accuracy
Stock & Control
- Assist in monitoring beverage inventory and stock rotation
- Reduce wastage through proper measurement and control
- Report shortages or discrepancies to management
