Job Summary
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Attendant, Logistics to join our dynamic logistics and supply chain operations team. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate, timely, and secure receipt, storage, and issuance of food, beverage, and general store items across the resort.
The successful candidate will help maintain high operational standards by ensuring inventory accuracy, cleanliness of receiving areas, compliance with Atlantis policies, and protection of company assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect all incoming food, beverage, and general store deliveries
- Verify received items against requisitions, Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), and supplier invoices
- Ensure timely documentation and accurate recording of all supply transactions
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the loading dock and receiving areas
- Enforce Atlantis security policies related to keys, access control, and store safety
- Supervise the proper receiving, issuing, and storage of supplies and goods
- Safeguard Food & Beverage inventory from damage, spoilage, or pilferage
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels for all assigned inventory items
- Ensure storage areas are kept tidy, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations
- Support internal departments by ensuring smooth and uninterrupted supply operations
- Assist with inventory counts, audits, and stock rotation procedures
Candidate Profile
- Friendly, professional, and well-presented personality
- Strong willingness to learn and grow within a luxury hospitality environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work confidently with internal teams
- Basic understanding of logistics, inventory control, or storekeeping is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Prior experience in hotels, hospitality, warehouses, or logistics operations is preferred
