The Barista plays an important role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a welcoming and high-quality hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities
The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and specialty beverages for showroom guests and staff. Ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality in every drink is essential.
You will greet customers warmly and provide friendly service while they wait for their vehicle consultations or showroom visits. Maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance is very important because you represent the hospitality side of the showroom.
The role also includes maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station. This includes cleaning coffee machines, restocking ingredients such as milk, coffee beans, syrups, cups, and ensuring the beverage area remains tidy throughout the day.
The Barista will monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors when supplies need to be replenished. You may also assist with light snack preparation depending on the showroom’s café offerings.
Another key responsibility is maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards according to company policies and UAE health regulations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should have strong customer service skills and a passion for coffee preparation. Previous experience working as a Barista in cafés, restaurants, hotels, or retail environments will be considered a strong advantage.
Candidates should have basic knowledge of coffee machines, espresso preparation, milk steaming, and beverage presentation. A friendly personality and the ability to communicate clearly with guests are essential.
