As a Luxury Barista, you will represent the quality, elegance, and professionalism of our brand while providing guests with unforgettable coffee experiences.

Key Responsibilities – What You Will Be Doing

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, tea, and matcha beverages to brand and quality standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and service at all times.
• Execute espresso extraction, milk texturing, latte art, and beverage assembly with precision.
• Maintain expert knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and allergens to guide and advise guests confidently.
• Engage guests with personalized recommendations and elevate the overall customer experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and support a seamless and refined service flow during peak hours.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and maintain a positive, approachable demeanor.
• Follow equipment care, cleaning schedules, and maintenance procedures meticulously.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Minimize waste through proper handling, portioning, and rotation of products.
• Participate in training sessions, tastings, and skill development workshops to continuously refine product knowledge and barista expertise.

What We Are Looking For – Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a premium café, luxury hospitality, or fine dining environment.
• Previous experience as a barista in a high-end café or luxury hospitality setting preferred.
• Polished, professional personality with exceptional attention to detail.
• Genuine passion for coffee, hospitality, and service excellence.
• Knowledge of specialty coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques is an advantage.
• Ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest engagement skills.
