About the Role
As a Barista, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming café experience for customers. From preparing beverages to engaging with guests, your contribution will help maintain the quality and reputation of the brand.
This role requires a balance of technical skill, efficiency, and a friendly approach to service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to all customers
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service area
- Operate coffee machines and equipment safely
- Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of shortages
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
