Barista – Coffee & Specialty Beverages

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and specialty beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and signature drinks, following standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers, ensuring correct calibration and performance.
- Deliver consistently high-quality coffee by controlling extraction times, grind size, water temperature, and milk steaming techniques
- Create latte art and visually appealing presentations to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Accurately handle customer orders using the POS system, process payments, and assist with basic inventory tracking.
- Educate customers on coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles, helping them choose the right beverage
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries, preferences, and special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with food safety and café regulations.
