Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Barista & Household Coordinator to manage premium beverage services while ensuring the smooth daily operation of a private luxury residence. This role is ideal for a professional who combines expert barista skills with household management and concierge-level service, delivering exceptional standards at all times.


Barista Duties & Beverage Services

  • Prepare a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, pour-overs, and premium teas.
  • Ensure consistent high-quality taste, presentation, and service standards for all beverages served to the client and guests.
  • Customize drinks according to personal preferences, dietary requirements, and special requests.
  • Operate, maintain, and clean all coffee machines, grinders, brewing tools, and beverage equipment to professional standards.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of coffee beans, teas, syrups, milk, and beverage supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
  • Maintain an organized, hygienic, and visually appealing beverage preparation area at all times.

Household Coordination & Housekeeping Responsibilities

  • Ensure the residence remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Oversee and manage daily housekeeping routines, including cleaning schedules, laundry, and household upkeep.
  • Coordinate household inventories, supplies, and consumables to avoid shortages.
  • Organize household schedules, deliveries, and service appointments efficiently.
  • Liaise with and supervise external vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers when required.
  • Proactively anticipate the client’s needs and resolve household matters independently and discreetly, without supervision.

Qualifications & Professional Attributes

  • Professional barista training and hands-on experience in a high-end café, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Proven experience in household management, estate coordination, private service, or luxury concierge roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly discreet, trustworthy, and professional, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently while prioritizing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
