Role Overview
As a Barista at TOM & SERGE, you will be part of the brand’s core experience. You are not just preparing coffee—you are shaping how customers feel when they walk in and leave.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the technical and social aspects of café culture. You should be comfortable multitasking, engaging with guests, and maintaining consistency in every cup served.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of coffee and specialty beverages with precision
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service
- Take orders and process payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment
Requirements
Candidates interested in this role should have:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a barista
- Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee brewing methods
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Latte art skills and specialty coffee knowledge will be an advantage.
