Job Overview
As a Bartender / Bartendress, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks, while ensuring excellent customer service. You will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and deliver a high-quality bar experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Ensure proper storage of beverages and bar supplies
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Follow hygiene and safety regulations at all times
• Handle cash transactions and billing accurately
• Create a positive and engaging environment for guests
You will also collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operations during busy hours and provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Bartender / Bartendress in hotels, bars, or restaurants
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic English communication skills
Candidates with strong personality and guest engagement skills will have an advantage.
