Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Bartender
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure all drinks are prepared according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Engage with guests, recommend drinks, and provide excellent service
- Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors about shortages
- Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible service practices
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Senior Bartender
- Oversee bar operations during assigned shifts
- Train and mentor junior bartenders and bar staff
- Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation
- Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering processes
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Collaborate with management on menu development and promotions
- Maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency
Candidate Requirements

For Bartender Role:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel or restaurant
- Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation
- Strong communication and customer service skills

For Senior Bartender Role:
- Proven experience in a senior or supervisory bar position
