About the Role
As a Bell Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for many guests arriving at the hotel. Your role is important in creating a positive first impression by assisting guests with luggage, guiding them around the property, and delivering exceptional hospitality service.
Key Responsibilities
• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist them with luggage.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, restaurants, and nearby attractions.
• Handle guest requests professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure smooth guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
• Assist with transportation arrangements such as taxis or hotel shuttles.
Requirements
Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
Good communication skills in English
Friendly personality and strong customer service mindset
Ability to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
Professional appearance and positive attitude
