☕ Barista – Junior & Senior
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to restaurant standards
- Operate coffee machines and maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista counter and equipment
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times
- Assist team members during peak hours
Requirements:
- Junior: Basic knowledge of coffee preparation (training can be provided)
- Senior: Proven experience as a barista in a restaurant or café
- Knowledge of espresso machines and beverage presentation
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team spirit
🍽️ Waiter / Waitress
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide excellent table service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve food and drinks according to restaurant standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is an advantage
🍳 Kitchen Steward
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools efficiently
- Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks when required
- Ensure proper waste disposal and hygiene standards
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a kitchen steward is an advantage
- Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
- Physically fit and able to work long hours
- Team player with a hardworking attitude
- Willingness to learn and support kitchen operations
