About the Role
As an Event Sales Promoter, you will represent Fitness First at events, exhibitions, corporate wellness programs, and community activations across the UAE. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, promote gym memberships, and convert prospects into loyal members.
This position combines direct sales, brand promotion, customer engagement, and event marketing, making it ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for health and fitness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Promotion & Representation
- Represent Fitness First at trade shows, health expos, mall activations, corporate events, and community gatherings.
- Promote membership packages, personal training services, and fitness programs.
- Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional merchandise.
- Maintain brand consistency and professional presentation at all times.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of gym facilities, membership benefits, and pricing structures.
2. Customer Engagement & Sales
- Approach and engage potential customers confidently and professionally.
- Explain membership options and tailor packages based on customer needs.
- Conduct live demonstrations or presentations when required.
- Answer inquiries regarding facilities, classes, trainers, and special promotions.
- Achieve monthly and event-based sales targets.
3. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Identify potential prospects and collect accurate contact details.
- Maintain detailed records of leads and interactions.
- Follow up with potential members via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Convert leads into trial memberships, consultations, or full memberships.
- Coordinate with in-club sales teams to ensure smooth member onboarding.
4. Event Setup & Management
- Assist in planning and organizing promotional activities.
- Set up branded booths and manage event stands.
- Ensure high visibility and strong brand presence during events.
- Report event performance and lead metrics to management.
5. Marketing & Social Media Support
- Provide market feedback and insights from events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to improve promotional strategies.
- Participate in digital campaigns and support social media engagement.
- Represent the brand positively both offline and online.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, event promotion, membership sales, or fitness industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality.
- Target-driven mindset with proven sales ability.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and events.
- Basic knowledge of fitness and wellness industry is an advantage.
- UAE experience preferred.
