1) Front of House Supervisor – UAE
Job Overview
As a Front of House Supervisor, you will lead daily service operations, manage floor flow, and coach the team to deliver fast, smooth, and guest-focused service. You’ll play a key role in maintaining service standards and a strong hospitality culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts end-to-end: opening, service operations, and closing
- Manage the floor: seating, table turnover, cleanliness, and service timing
- Coach staff on menu knowledge, service steps, and upselling techniques
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly
- Coordinate with Kitchen (BOH) and Bar for smooth ticket flow and pickups
- Ensure SOP compliance: hygiene, cash handling, service checklists
- Maintain grooming standards, discipline, and team motivation
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in hospitality with supervisor or shift-lead exposure
- Strong table service skills and confident guest communication
- Experience with POS systems and end-of-shift checks
- Fluent English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Flexible to work weekends and peak service hours
2) Waiter / Waitress – UAE
Job Overview
As a Waiter / Waitress, you will deliver outstanding table service—from welcoming guests to accurate ordering and smooth service flow—especially during busy hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and guide them through menu selections
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Deliver orders with correct timing and presentation
- Check back with guests and anticipate service needs
- Upsell best-sellers, add-ons, and pairings naturally
- Keep service stations clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Coordinate with BOH and Bar for accurate pickups
- Follow SOPs, hygiene standards, and grooming guidelines
Requirements
- 1–3+ years experience as a waiter/waitress in café or restaurant service
- Strong hospitality mindset and guest-focused attitude
- Good English communication (Arabic is a plus)
- Fast, organized, calm under pressure, and a strong team player
- Flexible availability for weekends and peak hours
