Job Description
A Food and Beverage Host plays a key role in shaping every guest experience across our restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and in-hotel cafés. At Hilton, we are committed to delivering memorable dining experiences that consistently exceed our guests’ food, beverage, and service expectations.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Food and Beverage Host, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service across all food and beverage outlets. You will work closely with team members to deliver a seamless, high-quality guest experience through the following responsibilities:
- Take guest orders and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently
- Support operations as a barista, cocktail attendant, or bartender when required
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, promotions, and menu updates
- Ensure service areas are clean, organized, and well-prepared at all times
- Manage guest bills and ensure accurate settlement of accounts
- Respond to guest questions and requests politely and professionally
- Deliver service that consistently meets and exceeds Hilton brand standards
