Key Responsibilities

Garden & Landscape Maintenance

• Carry out soil cultivation, digging, forking, mulching, watering, raking, edging, and weeding.
• Prepare garden beds, sow seeds, and plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and lawns.
• Transplant plants and ensure proper growth through natural fertilization and irrigation.
• Maintain lawns and grass areas using machinery and chemical-free methods.

Pruning & Plant Care

• Prune trees, hedges, and shrubs to support plant health, safety, and visual appeal.
• Trim hedges and manage greenery in line with landscaping schedules.
• Monitor plant health and ensure adequate water supply at all times.

Equipment & Machinery Handling

• Operate and maintain hand tools and light machinery.
• Use cylinder and rotary mowers, strimmers, and leaf blowers safely.
• Adjust mower height and cutting quality as required.
• Perform routine checks on oil levels and inspect machinery for damage.
• Report equipment faults or malfunctions to the engineering team promptly.

Outdoor Cleaning & Upkeep

• Keep gardens, pathways, and thoroughfares clean and free from litter.
• Maintain outside areas including pathways, ponds, steps, walls, car parks, and surrounding buildings.
• Ensure cleanliness around villas, spa facilities, main buildings, boardroom areas, and maintenance buildings.
• Keep tool sheds and storage rooms clean, organized, and secure.

Irrigation & Safety

• Inspect irrigation systems regularly and ensure they are in good working condition.
• Follow all Health & Safety at Work regulations while performing duties.
• Store all equipment and machinery safely and cleanly after use.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of plants, gardening, and landscaping practices.
• Experience using gardening tools and light machinery.
• Ability to follow schedules and work independently.
• Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work.
• Good awareness of health and safety standards.
