We are hiring for the positions of Barista and Cashier, where you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers. As part of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, working efficiently during busy hours, and contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere.

JOB ROLE

The Barista will be responsible for preparing a wide range of hot and cold beverages including espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, teas, and fresh juices. You must ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the beverage station. Knowledge of coffee machines, milk frothing techniques, and beverage preparation is essential for this role.

The Cashier will handle customer orders, process payments accurately, and manage the POS system efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for customers, so excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a professional appearance are important. You may also assist with basic front-of-house duties to support the team when needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should have previous experience in a café, restaurant, or F&B environment, with strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Being a team player, maintaining punctuality, and having a positive attitude are key requirements for both roles.

Salary: AED 1,800 – AED 3,000 (based on experience) + benefits as per UAE labor law
