Food Nation Catering Services L.L.C – Abu Dhabi is looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team for a school-based catering operation in Abu Dhabi. JOB ROLE

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, juices, and specialty drinks according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines. You will ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation while maintaining a clean, hygienic, and well-organized beverage station at all times.

REQUIRMENTS

Your daily duties will include operating coffee machines and related equipment, handling ingredients properly, and ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed as per school and company regulations. You will also be responsible for serving staff and students in a polite, friendly, and professional manner while maintaining excellent customer service standards throughout the day.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working as a Barista in a café, restaurant, catering company, or institutional environment. Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks, milk frothing techniques, and beverage preparation is required. Candidates must also have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured school environment.

You should be able to work under pressure during peak service times such as school breaks while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality. Teamwork, punctuality, and attention to detail are very important for this role, as you will be working in a regulated and professional catering environment.

💰 Salary: AED 1,800 – AED 3,000 (based on experience) + transport/benefits as per company policy and UAE labor law
