Job Overview
As a Barista in a gym café, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, smoothies, and healthy beverages while delivering excellent customer service to gym members and visitors. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere that complements the fitness lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, protein shakes, smoothies, and healthy drinks
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Greet customers and take orders efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and workstations
- Operate coffee machines, blenders, and POS systems
- Recommend menu items based on customer preferences
- Handle billing and cash transactions
- Restock ingredients and ensure availability of supplies
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred
- Knowledge of smoothies, protein shakes, or healthy beverages is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
