Job Description
Cafein Café is looking for motivated and reliable team members who can contribute to a high-quality café experience. Successful candidates will be responsible for beverage preparation, food handling, kitchen support, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards according to café policies.
Barista – Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, and other drinks according to café standards
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Take customer orders accurately and operate POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines, counters, and service areas
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory control
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues politely
Kitchen Staff – Key Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times
- Support chefs and kitchen team during busy service hours
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food items
- Assist with dishwashing and kitchen equipment cleaning
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a café or restaurant is an advantage
- Passion for coffee, food, and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic English communication skills required
