Key Responsibilities
As a Barista at Leaf Café, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high beverage standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving coffee, tea, karak, and specialty drinks
- Operating coffee machines and ensuring consistency in every cup
- Greeting customers and taking orders professionally
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation
- Handling cash and POS transactions accurately
- Recommending menu items and upselling products
- Ensuring a welcoming and friendly café atmosphere
- Supporting team members during busy hours
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a café environment is preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage recipes
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Skills
