Role Overview
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while ensuring a welcoming and memorable guest experience. You will maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and service standards at all times.
This role requires strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, attention to detail, and a positive personality. You will work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless service during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, teas, and fresh beverages.
• Ensure every drink is prepared according to recipe and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer product-related questions confidently.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Handle customer payments accurately when required.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or hotel environment.
Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and beverage preparation techniques.
Ability to create latte art is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Candidates with experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining environments will be preferred.
