Shagh Café is currently looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our team in the UAE. If you have a love for coffee, strong customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced café environment, this is a great opportunity for you.

Job Role

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages including espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, teas, and other café items while maintaining consistency in taste, quality, and presentation. You will ensure that every cup served meets the café’s standards and delivers a great customer experience.

Your role will include operating coffee machines and grinders, performing milk frothing and basic latte art, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station, and following all food safety guidelines. You will also interact with customers, take orders when required, and create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant setting, with good knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential for this role.

Candidates must be presentable, reliable, and able to work flexible shifts. A passion for coffee and willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry will be highly valued.

Location: UAE
Salary: AED 1,800 – AED 3,000 (based on experience) + benefits as per UAE labor law
