Job Overview
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages and providing excellent customer service. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming café experience while maintaining consistency in drink preparation and service standards.
This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all drinks
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and seating areas
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS systems
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
- Manage billing and cash transactions
- Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly personality with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
