Job Overview

The Waiter will be responsible for serving customers and ensuring satisfaction, while the Barista will focus on preparing high-quality coffee and beverages.
Key Responsibilities
Waiter
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Coordinate with kitchen and barista for smooth service
Barista
- Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Operate coffee machines and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station
- Handle customer orders and provide recommendations
- Manage basic cashier duties if required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
