Role Overview
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages in accordance with established standards. You will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience by ensuring quality, efficiency, and professionalism in all aspects of service.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, mocktails, juices, and specialty drinks
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service area
- Interact professionally with guests, taking orders and responding to inquiries
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support opening and closing procedures
Requirements
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and bar equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
