Job Overview
As a Watch Sales Representative at Richemont, you will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience while showcasing luxury watches and maintaining the brand’s high standards. You will play a key role in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and representing the brand with professionalism and elegance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences
- Assist customers in selecting luxury watches based on their preferences
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Maintain product knowledge of luxury watch collections
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met
- Handle transactions and operate POS systems
- Follow company policies and luxury retail standards
- Support store operations and team members when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury retail or sales is preferred
- Passion for watches and luxury brands
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a proven track record (preferred)
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus)
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
