Job Role

As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to menu standards while ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation. You will play an important role in daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and maintaining smooth service during busy hours.

Your responsibilities will include following recipes accurately, managing portion control, and ensuring all food items are prepared according to company standards. You will also be expected to maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen, following all food safety and HACCP guidelines at all times.

Requirements

You will support the kitchen team by assisting in mise en place, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring ingredients are properly stored and handled. You may also be involved in menu development, suggesting new dishes, and improving existing recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant, café, or hotel environment. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards is essential. You must be able to work efficiently under pressure, manage time effectively, and maintain consistency in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who is passionate, hardworking, and a strong team player with excellent attention to detail. Creativity, discipline, and a positive attitude are key qualities for this role.

Location: UAE
Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 5,000 (based on experience and position) + benefits as per UAE labor law
