About the Role:
As a Commis 1, you will support daily kitchen operations, working closely with senior chefs to deliver high‑quality dishes aligned with the Four Seasons standards. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in food preparation, learn core culinary techniques, and work in a fast‑paced, highly professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
️ Prepare food items according to recipes, portioning, quality, and presentation standards
Assist in mise en place and station setup for service
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and equipment
Support inventory control and proper storage of ingredients
Work with Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs to maintain consistency and timing during busy services
Follow food safety and kitchen policies at all times
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by supervisory chefs

What We’re Looking For:
Some culinary experience (can be 0‑2 years depending on outlet & department)
