Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare authentic Kerala dishes including seafood, curries, appam, puttu, and traditional meals
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are followed
• Manage food preparation and assist in menu planning
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Kerala / South Indian Chef
• Strong knowledge of traditional Kerala recipes and spices
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Candidates currently in UAE will be preferred
