A specialty café in the UAE is currently looking for a passionate and skilled Lady Barista to join the team. If you love coffee, have a friendly personality, and enjoy working in a premium café environment, this opportunity is for you.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality specialty coffee and beverages while ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and customer experience. You will work closely with the team to maintain excellent service standards and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Job Role

Your responsibilities will include preparing espresso-based drinks, handling coffee machines and grinders, performing milk frothing and latte art, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station. You will also be expected to engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Barista in a specialty café, with good knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-focused approach are essential. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also important for this role.

Candidates must be presentable, energetic, and able to work flexible shifts. A passion for coffee and willingness to learn and grow within the specialty coffee industry will be highly valued.

Location: UAE
Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,500 (based on experience) + benefits as per UAE labor law
