Key Responsibilities

As a Pastry Chef, your role will be essential in maintaining the brand’s high-quality dessert offerings. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing a wide range of pastries, cakes, desserts, and baked goods
  • Ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
  • Following standard recipes and creating new dessert ideas
  • Decorating cakes and pastries with precision and creativity
  • Managing baking schedules and ensuring timely production
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Monitoring stock levels and ensuring proper storage of ingredients
  • Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Good communication skills and teamwork ability
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in French pastry or European desserts
