Your Role as Pastry Sous Chef
As Pastry Sous Chef, you will support the Executive Pastry Chef and lead daily pastry operations with precision, creativity, and consistency. You will ensure the highest standards in dessert preparation, presentation, and food safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily pastry kitchen operations
- Create innovative desserts aligned with luxury dining standards
- Maintain consistency in quality, taste, and presentation
- Lead, train, and mentor pastry team members
