Job Overview
As a Retail Sales Assistant at V Surfaces, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales performance. You will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Handle billing and operate POS systems
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory control
- Ensure products are well displayed and organized
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Work closely with the team to achieve store goals
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
