About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and customer‑focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. You will represent the brand, assist customers in finding products that match their needs, drive sales, and maintain excellent store standards. You’ll also support visual merchandising, operate POS systems, and help deliver memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with product selection ✨
• Deliver excellent customer service using the GUEST selling model (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank) ✨
• Promote loyalty programs for repeat engagement ✨
• Maintain attractive product displays and contribute to visual merchandising ✨
• Handle POS transactions and cash handling with accuracy ✨
• Ensure store standards, inventory accuracy and loss prevention procedures are followed ✨
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the retail team to hit sales targets 👥
Qualifications:
• Entry‑level role — ideal for candidates with strong communication skills ✨
• Previous retail/customer service experience is a plus but not required ✨
• Professional appearance and ability to work flexible hours (including weekends) ✨
