Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Barista at Anadoulou Cafe, you will:
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks and specialty beverages
- Ensure consistency in coffee taste, presentation, and quality
- Train and supervise junior baristas and new staff
- Monitor coffee inventory and coordinate stock ordering
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards (HACCP compliance)
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Operate POS systems and manage daily cash handling
- Ensure smooth workflow during busy hours
- Contribute creative ideas for seasonal drinks and promotions
Senior Barista Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a barista (Senior level preferred)
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
- Experience handling espresso machines and grinders

- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
