Job Overview

The restaurant is looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals who can maintain high standards of service and kitchen operations. The Waiter will be responsible for customer service and dining experience, while the Kitchen Supervisor will oversee kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Waiter

  • Greet customers and provide a warm welcome
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve dishes and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide menu recommendations
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service

Kitchen Supervisor

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations
  • Supervise and guide kitchen staff
  • Ensure food quality and consistency
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
  • Monitor stock levels and manage inventory
  • Assist in staff scheduling and training
  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Experience in South Indian cuisine is an advantage
  • Strong communication and leadership skills (for supervisor role)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Basic English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
