Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely and efficiently
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials when appropriate
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hotel (fine dining experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
