Available Positions & Responsibilities
Waitress (Female)
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Hostess
- Welcome guests and manage reservations
- Escort customers to their tables
- Maintain a positive first impression of the restaurant
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth seating flow
- Handle phone calls and booking systems
Chef
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes as per menu standards
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage kitchen operations during shifts
- Assist in menu development and innovation
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Supervise junior kitchen staff
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role (1–3+ years preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good personal grooming and presentation
- For Chef: strong culinary knowledge and kitchen experience
