Key Responsibilities
As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering a memorable breakfast experience:
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and espresso-based beverages to the highest standards.
- Ensure consistent coffee extraction, milk steaming, and latte art presentation.
- Maintain deep knowledge of coffee beans, blends, brewing methods, and menu offerings.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies when required.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP guidelines.
- Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth breakfast operations.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista in a hotel, café, or fine-dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of espresso machines and coffee brewing techniques.
- Ability to perform under pressure during busy breakfast service.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
