Key Responsibilities
Runner
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Support waiters and bar staff during busy operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
Waiter / Waitress
- Provide attentive and personalized guest service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Ensure a seamless dining experience from start to finish.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers.
Bartender
- Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards.
- Create classic and signature cocktails.
- Maintain bar cleanliness and inventory control.
- Deliver exceptional guest interaction at the bar.
Bar Back
- Assist bartenders with stock replenishment.
- Maintain bar organization and cleanliness.
- Support smooth bar operations during peak hours.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of hospitality experience (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Team player with strong customer service skills.
