Position Overview

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests. You will ensure that every guest feels valued and enjoys a seamless dining experience that reflects Kempinski’s luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables in a professional manner
• Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when required
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high presentation standards
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and well-maintained at all times
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• Handle bills and payments accurately following hotel procedures
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards as per hotel and UAE regulations
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or luxury dining environment is preferred
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude
• Well-groomed appearance and professional behavior at all times
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
