1. Commis Chef

Job Description:

  • Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
  • Prepare ingredients and basic dishes according to recipes and Hilton standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations
  • Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours

Requirements:

  • Previous kitchen or hotel experience preferred
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

2. Pastry Commis

Job Description:

  • Assist in preparing desserts, pastries, breads, and baked goods
  • Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness of pastry section and equipment
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
  • Support daily pastry production and service

Requirements:

  • Basic pastry or bakery experience preferred
  • Passion for desserts and baking
  • Knowledge of food hygiene standards

3. Chef de Partie – Arabic Cuisine

Job Description:

  • Manage and oversee the Arabic cuisine section independently
  • Prepare authentic Arabic dishes with consistency and quality
  • Supervise commis and demi chefs in the section
  • Ensure high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene
  • Control food costs, portioning, and minimize waste

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Arabic cuisine
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Experience in hotel or luxury hospitality kitchens preferred

4. Demi Chef de Partie

Job Description:

  • Support the Chef de Partie in daily section operations
  • Prepare dishes according to recipes and brand standards
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance
  • Assist in stock control and preparation planning

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as Demi Chef or senior Commis
  • Strong cooking fundamentals
  • Ability to work under pressure
