Position 1: Sous Chef
Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in menu planning and execution

- Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation

Requirements
- Previous experience as Sous Chef or Senior CDP
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure service
- Knowledge of international and regional cuisines
Position 2: Commis Chef
Role Summary
The Commis Chef will assist in food preparation and support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
