About the Role
As a Waiter or Waitress at Leo & Loona, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service within a fast-paced food court environment. You will be responsible for ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with families, children, and guests from diverse backgrounds while working in a fun and engaging atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the food court experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service
- Serve meals and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining spaces
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Work closely with kitchen and cashier teams for smooth operations
- Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering friendly and attentive service
- Support team members during busy hours and peak periods
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred
