About the Role
As a Guest Service Expert, you will go beyond traditional service responsibilities. You will help create a unique atmosphere where guests feel welcomed, engaged, and inspired. From setting tables and serving guests to coordinating with the kitchen and ensuring cleanliness, you are part of the complete dining experience.
This role requires energy, professionalism, and attention to detail in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and engage guests with a professional and friendly attitude
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks according to brand standards
• Set up and clear tables efficiently
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and service stations
• Follow Marriott and W Hotels service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction at every touchpoint
• Maintain professional grooming and appearance
• Follow all safety and hygiene regulations
This position requires standing and walking for extended periods and handling service equipment responsibly.
Preferred Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Less than 1 year of related hospitality experience (freshers can apply)
• No supervisory experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Energetic, confident, and team-oriented personality
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
