Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, teas, and fresh juices
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and grinders efficiently
- Ensure consistent beverage quality and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and service area
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to staff and visitors
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Handle basic cashiering duties if required
The ideal candidate should be confident in espresso extraction, milk steaming, and basic latte art. Attention to detail and speed during busy periods are essential.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and beverage preparation
- Ability to work independently and manage daily coffee station operations
- Good communication skills in English
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in corporate offices, cafes, or hospitality environments will be considered an advantage.
