Job Overview

KFG Nursery is seeking an experienced and organized Nursery Admin Manager to oversee administrative operations and support the smooth daily functioning of our nurseries in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient office management, regulatory compliance, and excellent coordination between academic and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations of the nursery
  • Supervise admin staff, reception, and support teams
  • Maintain student records, attendance, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with ADEK / KHDA and other UAE regulations
  • Coordinate admissions, registrations, and parent communications
  • Oversee scheduling, reports, and internal documentation
  • Support finance-related admin tasks such as invoicing and records
  • Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments
  • Ensure a professional, welcoming environment for parents and visitors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in school or nursery administration
  • Strong knowledge of UAE education authority requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and admin management systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently
  • Leadership skills with a proactive and professional attitude
