Office Assistant – Abu Dhabi

Pharo Management is currently seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to join our Abu Dhabi office. This full-time role reports directly to the Chief Administrative Officer and plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal and administrative support to the local team, including errands and ad hoc requests
  • Deliver daily administrative and operational support to the Abu Dhabi office
  • Coordinate daily office lunches and manage food and courier deliveries
  • Order, track, and replenish office supplies, stationery, and kitchen items
  • Answer the main office phone line and manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Liaise with local vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams
  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for overseas visitors
  • Support calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling
  • Greet and host office guests; set up and maintain meeting rooms
  • Maintain office facilities and coordinate minor repairs when needed
  • Support additional administrative projects as the role develops

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in office administration, facilities management, or hospitality preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
