Your What You’ll Be Doing Every Day
As an office assistant in the super tech group, you will play a significant role at the office as a backbone throughout the day-to-day operations. The role is to connect with visitors, clients, and the office management team to provide great administrative support. On a day-to-day basis, you will handle customer care, such as answering calls and guiding them, warmly greeting business clients, assisting the office team, managing inventory records with vendors and parcels, tracking payments and other office records, and updating documents in the system.
Super Tech Group is an engineering company, and that doesn’t mean you have to be an engineer. But your standards are high, based on an understanding of the smooth operation of office administration, which directly impacts our business.
Key Functions Of The Role
- Maintain and organize the office’s soft- and hard-copy documents and upload them to the system.
- Print, scan, photocopy, and hand over to the required department, plus request office stationery and supplies from the vendors.
- Monitor the office equipment and stationery stock levels.
- Letters, memos, basic report preparation, email management, and responding.
- Contact and communicate with couriers or delivery members about parcels from suppliers. Assist in distributing it.
- Be the ideal messenger across the departments.
- Warmly welcome those who visit the office, such as clients and visitors, and guide the office boy on refreshments.
- Answer calls and route them to the required person in a professional, timely manner.
- Make sure the office, reception, and guest waiting areas are always tidy.
- Support managers and office staff as required during daily operations.
- Coordinate with senior staff and help to arrange office events and meetings.
- Support the human resources team with basic paperwork and follow up on daily deadlines for pending work tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Higher diploma/bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 1- 3 years of office or relevant experience. (GCC experience is an advantage).
- Fluency in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms word/ Excel, Google Sheets, and Outlook).
- Knowledge of digital communication business tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack, and Workspace, plus spreadsheet and data entry experience.
- Able to work with office filing systems.
- capability of working under pressure before the deadlines are met.
